On Aug. 30th, 2018, our A/C unit stopped working. It was 118 outside and was getting just as hot inside our home. I called our "Home Warranty" and the company they said would be providing us service would be in contact with us within 1 hour to set up a time for them to arrive. That hour passed as well as four more.
I called the company they provided to us and was told due to it being a holiday weekend and so hot out they would not be able to get to us until the NEXT day, Friday, between 3pm-8pm, and if they did not get to us then, they would be there on Tuesday.
I was so upset I called our home warranty and told them I would be calling someone myself to come out.
I called Hansberger that same day. I was not told I would have to wait until Friday or the next week. They sent someone out to our home and he repaired the problem that same day and we had a working AC unit and enjoyed our holiday weekend with a cool home.
The gentleman that came to our home was Charlie, and he was outstanding!! He was so friendly, polite and honest. He was even kind to our (5) dogs. I would recommend him and Hansberger to do service in our home or my friends/family homes anytime. So, a great big THANK YOU!! to you all!! - Stephanie D.
This is just to let you know since you installed our new A/ C unit our electric bill has dropped over $100 per month. I can't remember how long it has been but I know it has been close to 2 years. This is enough time to compare electric bills from year to year during similar months.
Our electric bill dropped so much that we had to discontinue the APS "Equalizer" plan that we were on. After years in the red, it took us about four months to get into the black and they would not reduce our bill. I figure with the constant increases in electricity, after we have had the unit 10 years, we will have saved at least $10,000 over our cost to install the unit. The unit is awesome. You have to pay very close attention to hear it operate. Just wanted to say thanks for having the expertise needed to install the right unit for our needs. - Keith Boyd

We wanted to tell you about our experience with your employees. The first ones we met were Ted and Albert. As Albert was doing a complete check of our old system (he was glad we had a regular bug man spray), we were being told by Ted the history of the company and about the choices we could have.
I have to tell you, John had done a lot of research on the many options and I did background checks on every company who was giving us estimates. Albert explained all aspects of the installation - how, why and what had to be done.
Mike and Ryan were knowledgeable about all aspects of the required job. Very considerate young men with great manners. You had to see what they faced inside the furnace cabinet. They had to tear damaged wood out and reconstruct the cabinet. Your employees are first class from start to finish.
